The staff is absolutely amazing, very attentive and helpful. They provided great recommendations on food and activities in the area. the hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city and enjoying the local attractions. Another huge plus is that they offer fantastic features like free breakfast and a wonderful spa experience.
The downside is that the hotel can be found in an area that at times can be quite noisy and busy. the rooms are also on the smaller side which was a bit of a letdown for our romantic escape.

The location was great, close enough to the city center and all the New Year's Eve celebrations. The staff were also friendly and helpful, giving us some tips on where to go and what to do during our stay. Another advantage was the fact that the hotel offered free Wi-Fi and breakfast in the morning. these aspects made our New Year's Eve experience enjoyable.
The hotel itself was not up to our expectations. The room was small and cramped, and the air conditioning system was not working properly.

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to assist with any questions or concerns. The cleanliness of the hotel is commendable, making for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel facilities are well-maintained and the breakfast provided is enjoyable.
There was nothing I didn't like.
